Ask for a quotePeranakan cuisine is heavily influenced by Malay, Chinese and Portuguese cooking techniques and ingredients. Through this kitchens, you can expect new combinations of herbs and spices and taste profiles. Each dish presents a very specific mix between the various cuisines and culture created during the golden age of the Peranakans.
