First we gather in Foodies Arena, hang up our coats and take a seat in the kitchen. There you will be welcomed with a glass of cava and an aperitif snack.

In advance you will receive instructions from our in-house chef Simona, you will be divided into groups per dish and then you will be given the choice to work on an easy or difficult dish.

Per kitchen unit, all recipes and ingredient sheets will be ready for you. This workshop takes 4 hours: including cooking, dining and cleaning.

  • Burrata with roasted grapes & basil
  • Salad of roasted asparagus, courgettes & halloumi
  • Cauliflower fritters with cumin & lime yoghurt
  • Florentines with almond and orange
  • Soba noodles with aubergine & mango
  • Kofta b' siniyah
  • Rigid cheesecake with honey & yoghurt
