Carolyn Lee Lian Yin will take you on a culinary journey through the Malaysian kitchen. The taste profile of this kitchen is unique and spicy, depending on the type of spice mix being used through various influences from the Malay, Chinese and Portuguese kitchens. During the workshop, you will be experiencing how diverse the tastes and textures from this kitchen is. What is interesting is that you will be learning traditional as well as modern variations of preparing these finger foods. We will be also creating special Malaysian drinks from the pea flower which will go well with these dishes.
