ATTENTION: This workshop is not gluten-free

When we walk into the Foodies Arena, we hang up our coats and walk on to the kitchen. There we are welcomed with 1 aperitif and a snack. Our in-house chef gives the instructions to divide them into groups per dish. We divide them into easier and more difficult dishes. This way the less talented cook can feel at home in our cooking workshop. After the aperitif, we move our aperitif slide to the dishwasher, where we collect our dishes & waste during the workshop. We wash our hands thoroughly and put on a cooking apron. We listen to the in-house chef for the explanation and distribution of the groups. The ingredients and recipe sheets are ready for each workstation. The table must be set, and the workstations tidied up as soon as the dishes are ready.
Together we choose a nice setup for the most elegant presentation. As soon as we have the ultimate Instagram photo, we enjoy our dishes at the table.
At dinner you can enjoy 2 glasses of white or red wine, and water. If you want other drinks, there is a barfrigo ready filled with drinks you can buy per piece.
You are welcome to buy your own drinks with a cork duty of X euro per bottle.
This workshop takes 3 hours, 4 hours including the washing up & cleaning of the workstations.
